Personal Loss – a stressful time in anyone’s life is at the loss of a loved one, whether it is the death of a loved one or just a permanent separation. This feeling of loss and stress that accompanies it can lead to a negative mental state which can lead to panic disorder.
The good news is that panic attacks are curable and finding the cause is a big step to recovery. Once you know your panic attacks causes then you can work with that and try to resolve the issue or fears that may be leading to your disorder.
