Panic Disorder Treatment involves two ways one is the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the other is through medications.

- Learning the basic causes of panic attacks
- Learning to breathe in a different manner so as to reduce panic and anxiety
- Learning to handle panic thoughts with ease
- Testing ones new abilities in low-anxiety situations, then slowly higher-anxiety situations.
Panic Disorder Treatment is also carried out with the help of medicines.
Antidepressant medicines can treat panic disorder but for faster results one can try the Valium group, the official group name being “benzodiazepines”, these medicines act fast and can help in lowering the attacks considerably.
